Keystone Agility Club, Inc.

Constitution

Article 1. The Name of the Club is Keystone Agility Club, Inc. hereafter referred to as KAC.

Article 2. The objective of the Club is to promote the sport of dog agility.

Article 3. The Club will not be conducted or operated for profit, and no part of any

assets or remainder or residue from dues or donations to the Club will inure

to the benefit of any member or individual.

Article 4. The members of the Club will adopt and may revise such by-laws as

required to carry out this Constitution.

Article 5. The Club will not promote any event that excludes mixed breed dogs, or any dog based on it's breed or pedigree.

(Note: Promote is defined as: to hold, support, advertise or sponsor)
